On a recent edition if BBC Question Time Lib Dem MP Jo Swinson described AV as follows:
“If I ask you to go buy me a chocolate bar and say ‘I’d like a Mars bar but if they don’t have that I’d like a Twix’ and you coma back with a Twix, I still have only one chocolate bar.”
